Overview

This project involved updating an existing second floor, 3-piece bathroom to include a laundry room. Following demolition, a new wall was framed to separate the existing kitchen from the old bathroom. A second wall was framed to accommodate a stacked washer & dryer and allow for additional storage. A new sink and vanity, along with a toilet and accessories were installed. The bathroom floor was updated to include 2" x 2" ceramic tiles. The walls were freshly painted and wainscoting was installed.
